About the villa

Villa Sonja is a comfortable holiday house in Punat on the island of Krk, set on its own fenced grounds and facing the sea. With 170 mΒ² of living space, it offers plenty of room for up to ten guests.

The interior is laid out over four bedrooms and four bathrooms, so even a larger group or two families can stay without feeling cramped. The house was built in 2021 and is equipped with everything needed for a longer stay β€” from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine.

The house can be rented in full or as separate apartments β€” Apartment Blue and Apartment Yellow β€” each with its own living room, kitchen, bathroom and sleeping area. See the details of each option below, in the Rental options section.

Most of the time, however, is spent outdoors. Next to the house is a private 28 mΒ² pool (open 1 May – 1 October), several terraces β€” covered and open β€” garden furniture, six sun loungers and a barbecue. The terraces offer a sea view.

The whole property is air-conditioned, and alongside electric heating it also has underfloor heating, making it comfortable outside the summer months too. Up to 3 pets are welcome; the first at no extra charge, each additional pet €50.

Outdoor area

The grounds are fenced and belong entirely to the villa's guests. At the centre is a private 28 mΒ² pool, open from 1 May to 1 October.

Around the house are five terraces β€” three covered and one open, plus a balcony β€” so there is always a spot in the shade or in the sun. Garden furniture, six sun loungers, a barbecue and an outdoor shower are all available.

The pool and the other facilities on the grounds are available to guests renting just one apartment (Apartment Blue or Apartment Yellow) just as they are to guests renting the whole house.
